🚨 BREAKING: Unofficial US-Iran Ceasefire MOU Draft — Hormuz Reopening Conditions Proposed

Iranian state media disclosed an unofficial US-Iran MOU draft. In exchange for US military withdrawal and sanctions relief, Iran would restore Hormuz Strait vessel traffic to pre-conflict levels within one month. A 60-day comprehensive ceasefire framework is under discussion. Iran President Masoud Pezeshkian officially stated readiness to proceed.

⚠ If negotiations advance, structural changes in ME ocean freight rates and surcharges possible — close monitoring required
